Envelope Addressing Prices:

One envelope set (one inner/one outer envelope) is $1.75 for computer calligraphy in black ink.

One outer envelope is $1.50 for computer calligraphy in black ink.

Return address (one outer envelope back flap) is $1.50 per envelope for computer calligraphy in black ink.

One reply card (RSVP) envelope is $1.50 for computer calligraphy in black ink.

There is a $25.00 flat fee for color ink for lettering.

"Rose Invitation Envelopes" Option #11 is $2.50 per outer envelope. $2.75 per set. Roses available in various colors.

Clients pay for all shipping costs and there is a $4.00 handling fee.

We machine (computer calligraphy) address envelopes purchased from our studio and other wedding stores.

Minimum order of 70 envelopes required. We are unable to address very dark color, metallic, pearlized or cardboard envelopes.

When your appointment is confirmed, email your invitation guest list to calligraphylady@yahoo.com as a WORD.doc attachment.

Email your list before you ship your envelopes. Your list will need to be formatted according to the directions on this wedding envelope etiquette link.

Your shipment to the Calligraphy LadyŽ Studio will need to include the following items for completion of your order:

Your envelopes, plus 10 to 15% extra envelopes. Unused envelopes are returned.

A printed copy of your guest list. Include your contact information. Indicate your option # choice. Indicate the type of postage stamp you are using: 64 cent wedding stamps or custom stamps.

NOTE: We do not accept envelopes shipped directly from your stationery company to our studio.

Full payment is required at job start. Check or money orders.

You receive an online proof of the first envelope before all envelopes are printed.

Check your guest list carefully. There is a $10.00 fee for additions made after your finished shipment.

Turn around time of 2 to 3 business days.
