by our machine on outer envelopes. A calligraphy "flourish" is computer printed under the zip code. We also offer other flourishes for ornate embellishment. Many of these "flourishes" are unique to the Calligraphy Lady® Studio; some are created from Dayna's original handwritten calligraphy art. These added hand calligraphy elements create an amazing and different look from ordinary computer addressed envelopes.

To Place Your Order and Use Our Services:

Contact Dayna, The Calligraphy Lady®, via email at calligraphylady@yahoo.com to schedule your time slot. Please Note: Currently we are accepting white, ivory or light colored envelopes for printing. Dark or metallic envelopes may not be suitable for computer calligraphy.

Send your invitation guest list via email to calligraphylady@yahoo.com as a WORD document attachment. Send your list before or on the day you ship your envelopes. Please have your list formatted according to the directions on this envelope etiquette link. We can also assist you with envelope addressing questions.

Include in your shipment:
Your envelopes, plus 10 to 15% extra envelopes for errors.
A printed copy of your guest list. Put your name, email address, mailing address, phone number at the top of the guest list. Also indicate your lettering style choice, flourish choice for under the zip code, and any other preferences.
Payment of money order, cashier's check or personal check (please allow a few business days to clear) made payable to Dayna Bischof. We also accept PayPal. We can send you a PayPal invoice, or you can use PayPal's "Send Money" feature to make payment to calligraphylady@yahoo.com. Payment is required at start of job.
Please package your envelopes carefully with padding in a box for shipment to our studio.

You will receive an online proof of the first envelope, before we print all of your envelopes.

Fast turn around time of 2 to 3 business days. We are located in St. Louis, Missouri. We offer national calligraphy services.
PRICES:
For an envelope set (inner and outer envelopes) which does not include the return address, we charge $1.75 a set for computer calligraphy in black ink.
For outer envelopes only, we charge $1.50 per envelope for computer calligraphy in black ink.
Return address (for outer envelope back flaps) is $1.00 each for computer calligraphy in black ink.
Reply card (RSVP) envelopes printed for $1.50 each.
There is a $30.00 flat fee for color ink.
Clients pay for shipping to our studio and for return shipping. We ship via FedEx Express, FedEx Ground or Home Delivery. Return shipping costs are paid by client via PayPal prior to shipping.

Due to the heavy demand for hand calligraphy services, The Calligraphy Lady® is not always able to fill orders for envelopes to be addressed in handwritten calligraphy. Computer calligraphy services are always available. Consider our Computer Calligraphy "Couture" for envelopes.
Computerized Calligraphy by machine gives your envelopes and stationery a custom look and can be completed quickly.
Also, you may wish to combine hand calligraphy and computer calligraphy services in a custom package with our studio. For example, your save the dates can coordinate with your envelopes printed in computer calligraphy. You may wish to purchase our handwritten wedding invitations and have the coordinating envelopes addressed by computer calligraphy as an affordable savings.
