Handwritten wedding invitations may be printed in letterpress, thermography, engraved, or flat print. Calligraphy invitation sets include: consultation, media kit, handwritten calligraphy, invitation design, online proofs, premium stationery and flat printing, assembly, quality control and our excellent customer service. A set includes an invitation, inner/outer envelope, reply set and reception card. However, due to the various hand-lettering fonts, embellishments, flourishes, hand-painted designs, stationery, number of sets ordered, and printing methods we offer, our invitations vary in price. Haute couture (French to describe "high sewing") refers to the making of exclusive custom-tailored clothing. Couture is made to order for a specific customer, and it is hand crafted from expensive fabric. Time-consuming techniques and attention to detail define "couture". Today, we see these terms being used more openly to describe other products, for example couture wedding invitations.

The Calligraphy Lady® Studio offers wedding invitations and stationery which can be considered "couture" or "haute couture". Dayna Bischof, owner of The Calligraphy Lady®, offers hand calligraphy which is printed onto premium stationery. A great deal of time is spent by Dayna as she handcrafts the lettering for each piece of an invitation set. In addition, she offers hand lettered monograms and hand painted art -- roses, flowers, snowflakes, butterflies and any design a client may request for their wedding theme. Her attention to every detail of her client's wedding invitations, the expert craftsmanship, ornate penmanship, exquisite stationery, and her close involvement during the wedding invitation process results in wedding invitations and stationery which are sensational.
